At Cheeky Chops Knit, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. As our products are handmade with care, we kindly ask that you read our returns policy before placing your order.
Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order and request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Returned items must be:
Unused and in their original condition
Unwashed and free from damage, marks, or pet hair
Returned with their original packaging where possible
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Please allow a few working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photographs of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a suitable replacement, repair, or refund.
Handmade & Personalised Items
Because our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, size and appearance may occur. These are not considered faults and are part of the unique character of handmade products.
Personalised or made-to-order items may not be eligible for cancellation or return unless they are faulty or not as described.
